离子交换树脂如何预处理How to pretreat ion exchange resin (1）阳离子交换树脂的预处理步骤 首先用清水对树脂进行冲洗,洗至出水清澈无混浊、无杂质为止。而后用4~5%的HCl和NaOH在交换柱中依次交替浸泡2~4小时，在酸碱之间用大量清水淋洗至出水接近中性，如此重复2~3次，每次酸碱用量为树脂体积的2倍。后一次处理应用4~5%的HCl溶液进行，用量加倍效果更好。放尽酸液，用清水淋洗至中性即可待用。 (1) Pre treatment steps of cation exchange resin Firstly, rinse the resin with clean water until the effluent is clear without turbidity or impurities. Then soak alternately in 4-5% HCl and NaOH in the exchange column for 2-4 hours, rinse with plenty of water between acid and alkali until the effluent is close to neutral. Repeat this process 2-3 times, with the amount of acid and alkali used each time being twice the volume of the resin. The subsequent treatment should be carried out using 4-5% HCl solution, and doubling the dosage yields better results. Drain the acid solution and rinse with clean water until neutral before use. (2) Pre treatment steps of anion exchange resin Firstly, rinse the resin with clean water until the effluent is clear without turbidity or impurities. Then soak alternately in 4~5% NaOH and HCl in the exchange column for 2~4 hours. Rinse with plenty of water between alkali and acid until the effluent is close to neutral. Repeat this process 2~3 times, with the amount of acid and alkali used each time being twice the volume of the resin. Compared to the last treatment, using 4-5% NaOH solution, doubling the dosage yields better results.
